Meet our Eagle Family! Today, we would like to introduce Ms. Rene Kiefer. Ms. Kiefer is our Counselor at Paris High School. She graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with her Bachelors, later earning her Masters in Education at Arkansas Tech University. Kiefer has been in education for 9 years. She has two grown sons, both graduates of Paris Schools, one granddaughter and enjoys hiking, reading and participating in triathlons. Kiefer chose Paris because “I moved to Paris during my college years from Illinois and fell in love with the Mt. Magazine area.”

Paris School staff and students celebrated Constitution Day today with various lessons and activities throughout the district, learning about the historical events that sparked the creation of the Constitution. One class even created their own classroom constitution!

PES 1st grade students in Mrs. Hoffman's music class are learning melodies on the xylophones.

Sometimes you just need a friend to help you get the job done! A PES student gets calming cuddles and a little extra support from this sweet kitten in Mrs. Tompkins class, while working on his handwriting skills.

Meet our Eagle Family! Today, we would like to introduce Mrs. Melissa Haney. Mrs. Haney is the Special Education Supervisor for the Paris School District. Haney has been in education for 25 years. She
graduated from Arkansas Tech University with her Bachelors, later earning her Masters in Education. She is married with three children. Haney chose Paris because “of the expanded opportunities available to our students and staff.”
