Update: School and Bus Routes for Tuesday, January 14
Schools will be open on Tuesday, January 14. However, buses will operate on limited routes due to rural road conditions.
If road conditions in your area make it unsafe for your child to attend school, please contact your child's school to inform them.
We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the safety of our students and staff. Thank you, and stay safe! #ProudToBeAnEagle

BASKETBALL UPDATE:
After discussion with Charleston and Paris Administration, the JR High basketball games will be played on Monday night at Charleston. There will only be JR High games starting at 6:00 with the JR Girls followed by the JR Boys.

Great wins for both teams! 🙌

All Paris School District schools will be closed on January 9 and 10, 2025, due to the forecasted winter storm.
The safety of our students and staff is our top priority. To account for the uncertainty surrounding the storm's timing and impact—including hazardous road conditions and challenges with bus routes—we are announcing these closures in advance to give families time to plan.
These closure days will not need to be made up, as the 2024-2025 school calendar includes extra instructional hours to meet state requirements.
Thank you for your understanding as we prioritize the well-being of our students and staff. Stay safe and warm! #ProudToBeAnEagle

Paris Elementary School 2nd grade is working on a fun valentine card quest! We would love to get some cards/post cards from every state! We are very excited and know the kids will love seeing mail from everywhere. We wanted to share here in case any of our out of state friends would be willing to help us out. Thank you! ❤️
