During parent teacher conferences tonight, each campus is asking parents to complete an online survey to better understand parent perspectives, attitudes, and perceptions towards the school, students, and education.Computers will be available. The info will be used to improve the learning environment in our district. Those who participate will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a Walmart gift card.
2nd graders in Mrs. Ivey's STEM lab learned some computer science programming today. They took turns being the Programmer & the Robot. The programmer wrote an algorithm using arrows, while the robot read the code to stack the cups accordingly, debugging errors in the process.

Parent Teacher Conferences: Paris Schools will dismiss early on March 14, 2019, for Parent Teacher Conferences, beginning at 1:20 for PES. Conferences will be held from 2:00 – 7:00 pm that day. Friday, March 15, NO SCHOOL for students – PD day for teachers.
JR High Cheer tryouts March 25- 29 on PHS campus. Anyone who is going to be in the 7th, 8th or 9th grade for the 2019-2020 school year and meet all requirements are invited to tryout. Packets may be picked up in room #19 upstairs. All packets are due back 3/14/19.
