Meet our Eagle family! Today we introduce you to Lakaen Schluterman. Mrs. Lakaen Schluterman is a graduate of the University of the Ozarks, earning her Masters from Harding University. She has been in education for eight years. Mrs. Schluterman is the Principal at Paris Elementary School. She is married with two children and enjoys camping, gardening, 4-wheeler riding, boating and shopping. Mrs. Schluterman chose Paris because “it is a small town with a passion for all and community-oriented with a wellsupported educational system.”

Today we introduce you to Dr. Wayne Fawcett. Dr. Fawcett is the Superintendent
for the Paris School District. Fawcett has been in education for 37 years. He graduated from
Quachita Baptist University in 1982 with his Bachelors, later earning his Masters in Education
at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He received his Doctoral Degree from Harding
University in 2017. He is married with two children, four dogs and one cat. He enjoys various
sports, amateur art collecting and traveling. Fawcett chose Paris because “Paris has great
potential for growth in the education, business and tourism realm. The beauty of the area
and location make it a truly great place to live.”
