8th grade students in Mrs. Owen's science classes spent time flying paper airplanes they created, to test how the weight of paper affects the distance the airplane would fly. They recorded their hypothesis and then charted the data from their trial runs to graph the variations.

6th gr students in Mrs. Savanna Wewers' literacy classes recently practiced reading various pieces of literature to decipher each passage's genre. This exercise will assist them in their responses to independent reading in the future.
