Mrs. Possage's 8th gr math students have been studying the Pythagorean Theorem. To help master it, students created their own cities, including city sign, history of city slideshow and map. Students also found the flying distance between two places on the maps using the Theorem.
Mrs. Duggar's 5th gr science students read Pumpkin Jack, learning about life cycles of pumpkins and seeds. They decorated pumpkins for a contest with the county library. Votes can be cast with a monetary donation which will be used to create Blessing Baskets for the community.
Thank you to all the parents and guardians who took time to visit with us during parent/teacher conferences last Thursday! Your support makes a world of difference in you child's education! Thank you!
