Documentation for Enrollment in Paris School District:
1) Child's Birth Certificate
2) Child's Social Security Card
3) Proof of Guardianship if other than Parents listed on Birth Certificate (Custody/Foster Agreement)
4) Proof of Residence (Electric Bill, PO Box Verification, Rental Agreement, Letter from Homeowner verifying residence)
5) Current Immunization Record
(KF Registration will be in April. Please bring these 5 items with you!)

School Choice Forms for the 20/21 School year must be filed with the Non-Resident School District between February 1st and May 1st, 2020. Parents/Guardians must submit School Choice Applications to the nonresident district you wish to attend. FYI - Basketball Schedule Change:
January 23rd- Now a High School only night starting at 6:00 (instead of a 4 game night)
January 30- moved JH vs Two Rivers to this date starting at 5:00
Tonight's games will start at 4 pm at Two Rivers with running clock and shorter half times. Sr high girls should start around 5:30. This will be to help accommodate travel due to weather.

The PHS semi-formal Snowflake Dance will be on 2/8/2020 from 6:30 to 10:30 pm in the high school cafeteria. Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased from Paiton Forbis or Miss Bennett. Tickets are $15 for one or $25 for two. Punch and snacks will be served at the dance. Attire is semi-formal. Look for posters going up soon for examples of what to wear. If you have questions, ask Miss Bennett, Paiton Forbis, Ciara Boswell or Maggie Richey. Tickets will be on sale until Wednesday, February 5, 2020. Tickets must be purchased in advance (no tickets sold at the door). Dates that do not attend Paris High School MUST be pre-approved. Driver License testing- For individuals that have a current permit you will now be required to make an appointment to take the Road/ Skills tests. In order to do this you will go online to the Arkansas State Police Website click on Driver Exam Information and then scroll down and click on Schedule Your Skills Test Now – Online where you will complete the appointment process.
