These butterflies and grasshoppers are getting the nutrients they need to be "Growing Readers." #RISEArkansas

Mrs. Snow's little Eagles say "Go Eagles! Beat Cedarville!"

Mrs. McGarrah's Kindergarten class says "Go! Fight! Win Eagles!" Happy Homecoming!

Students in third grade have recently learned that reading aloud to someone or something improves reading skills. They tried the strategy out this week by reading to a stuffed animal they were allowed to bring to school for the day.

Thanks to some AMAZING donors, Mrs. McGarrah's kindergarten class is getting free books from Scholastic Book Club! Every month each student from the class will receive a free book to keep and love! They received their first books this month and are so very excited and thankful!

1st grade students in Mrs. Jones' class have been learning about the importance of voting. Recently, they had the opportunity to vote for their favorite teacher. They really enjoyed the experience!

Students in Mrs. Jones 1st grade class have been learning about verbs. To help further their understanding, students made verb cities. Students drew only verb-related pictures in their cities before presenting to the class.

Fourth grade teachers held a ceremony for students that reached the 10 point club in Accelerated Reader. Students were presented with an award while classmates cheered for their success. Way to go!
