Important Announcements
  • Wellness Center:  There will be no Wellness Clinic 11/11 or 11/18.
  • Turkey!!!  Jr. High cheerleaders are sponsoring a fundraiser to help needy families over the upcoming holidays.  So, you know what that means….it’s TURKEY FEATHER TIME!!!  For 50 cents or one canned food item you may purchase a feather to place on the “turkey” of your choice….nominees for the grand turkey are:  Mr. Cannon, Miss T. Redding, Miss M. Redding, Mrs. Harrison, Miss Annabeth Robertson, Coach Vire, Mrs. Pfeiffer and Mr. Varnell.   Make sure you do your part to dress the birds and help needy families! The “winner” will be proudly strutting their stuff the day before Thanksgiving break!
  • Student Council:  If you applied to run for Student Council please check your email – Ms. M. Redding has sent out information that you’ll need.
  • Mums!  Paris Eagles Softball is selling mums!!  They are $20.00 each and are beautiful!!  Get with Coach Vire or any softball player to order your mums!
  • Lost & found:  Please check the lost and found (hallway by gym) for any items that may belong to you…it is literally flowing over!!  Any items remaining after next week will be disposed of.
  • Veterans Day Assembly:  Thursday, November 10 Middle School will host a Veterans’ Day assembly at 10:30 in our auditorium.

  • Yearbook:  Yearbooks are still on sale!!  See Mrs. Canada for more details!
  • Basketball:  Good luck to our basketball teams as they kick off their season:  11/7 7th grade boys & girls vs. County Line; 11/8 Jr. girls and boys and Sr. girls and boys @ Dardanelle.
  • Thanksgiving Break:  Paris Schools will not be in session November 21 – 25 in observance of Thanksgiving. 
  • Student of the Month:  Congratulations to our October Students of the Month: 5th grade – Hadley Turner & Ian Delcour; 6th grade – Anberlyn Kelm and Cooper James; 7th grade – Athan Wells and Riley Floren; 8th grade – Brady Baumgartner and Taytum Vire!!
