7th grade students in Mrs. Brooke Hatcher's Arkansas History class researched WWII and how the country utilized propaganda posters to gain support from citizens on the home front as soldiers were sent to the front lines. Students learned how these posters were used for a variety of reasons to gain support from citizens and were asked to create their own for WWII. The students were able to do a classroom gallery tour to observe peer ideas and analyze the themes found within the artwork to write an informative essay the following week.
